How do I touch up my furniture?

  • Most home improvement stores offer touch-up solutions in marker and “crayon” forms. All are easy to apply. Simply match your furniture finish to the touch-up color, and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

Do you offer replacement parts?

  • For most products, we do offer replacement parts. Call Customer Service at 800-641-8578, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Central Time). When inquiring, please have item number and invoice number available so we can better serve you. You can find the item number on your emailed order confirmation or invoice.

Who can answer my warranty question?

  • If a problem should arise which you feel is covered by our Limited Warranties, contact our Customer Service Department. All claims must include the original bill of sale, the product serial number, and be filed within the applicable warranty period. Home Furniture Plus Bedding reserves the right to require defective parts be returned upon request. Our Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5:30pm (Central Time). You may also email [email protected] or call 800-641-8578.

What if I’m out of warranty and want service?

  • No problem, Home Furniture Plus Bedding has an out of warranty program available. Please call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-641-8578 or email [email protected] and one of our representatives will research options available to you.

Can I track my in-home delivery order?

  • Order Tracking is now available online. Tracking is only available on the day of delivery. The estimated times are our best estimates and you should still be available during your scheduled delivery windows. Track your delivery using our Dispatch Track here.

Do you offer delivery? If so, how much does it cost?

  • Yes, we have delivery options. Our Delivery includes Assembly and Set Up by one of our Home Furniture Plus Bedding teams. More Delivery Information here. Can I finance over the phone?

  • Financing is not available over the phone. Please visit any of our showroom locations, and a representative will be happy to assist you with financing options. Or click here to apply online.

  • We offer a variety of financing plans and terms, as well as leasing options. Please visit any of our locations, and a representative will be happy to assist you with financing options.

Where do I make my financing/credit/lease payment?

  • If you have questions about your financing/lease or need to make a payment, please contact the company you used for your Home Furniture Plus Bedding purchase or lease directly. We can provide the contact information for your financing vendor if you cannot locate it.

Does Home Furniture Plus Bedding offer gift cards, and if so, how do I redeem them?

  • You may purchase or redeem gift cards at any Home Furniture Plus Bedding Location in Texas or Louisiana.

What methods of payment does Home Furniture Plus Bedding accept online?

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express cards and PayPal.

Do you carry kid-and-pet-friendly fabrics and pieces?

  • There are many fabrics that provide excellent durability. A Home Furniture Plus Bedding sales associate will be able to help you determine your needs based upon your lifestyle. They will also be able to explain the various types of leathers and fabrics along with the durability of each covering.

What are the dimensions of the different sizes of mattresses?

Does the bed include a mattress?

  • Our bed prices include the headboard, footboard, and rails. Mattresses are sold separately. Due to the variety of options available in mattresses, we want to make sure you are provided the opportunity to pick out the best mattress for your needs. Will this particular room group be around if I decide to buy additional pieces?

  • We suggest getting all the pieces you want to complete your set at the time of purchase.
Where can I find product dimensions?

  • Most products have dimensions listed on the website located under the "Dimensions" section on the product page.

Are prices on the internet the same as in the showroom?

  • Yes.

What does it mean when an item is marked “Clearance”?

  • Clearance items are products that are being phased out, discontinued, or offered during a while-supplies-last promotion. These items are often discontinued to make room for new and exciting additions to our ever-expanding line up of products.

How will I know if Home Furniture Plus Bedding has received my online order?

  • You will receive an automatic email confirmation once you have submitted your order.

How will I know whether or not my order has been approved for payment and shipped?

  • After you’ve received your initial email confirmation, your order will be reviewed and scheduled. An additional email confirmation or call from our Delivery Center will occur to confirm your delivery or pick up date.

How do I check my order status and/or delivery status?

  • For order status, please contact the store location where the purchase was made. Or you can login to your account and view your current and previous orders.

What is your return policy?

  • We have a 48 hour reselect/return policy on items that are returned in perfect condition. A restocking fee of 10% may apply. (Excludes Mattress, Special Orders or Clearance Products).
